· Standard Consultation: $95.00 (Medicare Rebate $45.05; $49.95 out-of-pocket)
· Long Consultation: $165.00 (Medicare Rebate $87.10; $77.90 out-of-pocket)
· Extended Consultation: $225.00 (Medicare Rebate $128.35; $96.65 out-of-pocket)
BEFORE 1PM ON SATURDAYS
· Standard Consultation: $110.00 (Medicare Rebate $45.05; $64.95 out-of-pocket)
· Long Consultation: $175.00 (Medicare Rebate $87.10; $87.90 out-of-pocket)
AFTER 8PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY, AFTER 1PM SATURDAYS, ALL DAY SUNDAY & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
· Standard Consultation: $145.00 (Medicare Rebate $58.65; $86.35 out-of-pocket)
· Long Consultation: $215.00 (Medicare Rebate $100.55; $114.45 out-of-pocket)

Health Care Card holders - $15 fee discount between 9 and 5pm Monday to Friday*"
Current Pension Card & Veteran's Affairs Card holders have access to bulk billing 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday*"
*Only applicable for standard GP appointments (long and extended consultations will incur a private fee as above). This also excludes appointments with Dr David Bornstein and Dr Charles Okraglik who do not bulk bill.

Telehealth/Phone consultations
If you would prefer a telehealth consultation in place of a face-to-face appointment and/or are unable to come into the clinic, we may be able to offer you a telehealth consultation subject to our regular consultation fees.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, Cheque or Direct Deposit. Please note that we
DO NOT accept CASH payments.
