We are sad to announce the departure of our fantastic Practice Nurse Felicity. She is leaving us for sunny Perth! We wish her (and her husband-to-be Adrian) all the best as they start their new life together in WA.

As a result, we are looking for a Division 1 Practice Nurse 2-3 days per week (flexible) to join our friendly team.

​Monisha is a GP who completed her medical training at Monash University and worked in hospitals including Monash Medical Centre, Dandenong Hospital, Casey Hospital and Latrobe Regional Hospital for three years. She has done many rotations including general medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, psychiatry and paediatrics. Monisha thoroughly enjoys working with children and is passionate about preventative health. She also has a keen interest in women’s health and skin conditions.

Wade is originally from New Zealand and completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Otago in 2013 and relocated to Victoria.
Since then he has worked in busy Private Practices and Medical Centers with a broad range of patients and injuries.

It is with great sorrow that we inform our patients that our dear friend and colleague Dr Michael Jones has passed away. Michael was a much loved and respected doctor at our clinic, where he practised for over 20 years. Michael was a caring, gentle and deeply empathic doctor - a true gentleman. He touched everyone around him with his kindness, sophistication and dignity. Michael will be sorely missed by his patients and colleagues.

What is it? My Health Record is an online system, storing all your health information in the one place, allowing healthcare providers to have quick and easy access to all My Health Records resulting in faster and more efficient care for patients.

Who can see it? Registered healthcare provider organisations will have access to your My Health Record, but if you choose to,  you can control who sees your information. There are rules and regulations on who can see your My Health Record protecting your health information from misuse or loss.

Can I control what appears on My Health Record? Yes, you can set access controls to restrict which healthcare providers can see your health information.   

Why do we recommend it? By signing up for My Health Record you'll no longer need to worry about remembering or repeating your health history with different or new health care providers. It also allows health care providers to provide the best possible care quickly.
